Q: What is a restock request?

A: When an item is sold out, you will see the option to request a restock notification. Upon submitting a restock request, you are placed on a “waitlist” and will be notified by email if the item is restocked (or returned by another customer). This feature does NOT reserve the item for you. Because this could be a single item return, we urge you to be prompt in your purchase after receiving the email. 


Q: What is your shipping policy?

A: We currently offer free USPS shipping within the United States on orders over $100. Orders process within 3 business days and shipping then takes an additional 1-3 business days.

 

Q: When will the salon/storefront be open?

A: It is still TBA, but we are working hard to finish our temporary location as soon as possible!

 

Q: What days/hours will the salon & storefront be open?

A: Paige will be traveling stylist to and from Missouri and California every month 1/2. Her appointment schedule is on our main homepage, which will show all of her days, openings and availability. The actual storefront will be temporarily open every Saturday from 10:00am-12:00pm for shopping & online pickup orders.
