RETURN POLICY

We hope that you love all your purchases from Wylder Boutique + Salon. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return a purchase. Online purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY if returned within 14 business days of receiving your order. After this timeframe, your item would not be eligible for return.

ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.

ITEMS RETURNED THAT DO NOT MEET THE CRITERIA BELOW OR ARE NOT SENT WITHIN THE 14 DAY RETURN WINDOW WILL NOT BE ISSUED CREDIT OF ANY KIND.

ITEMS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR STORE CREDIT IF RETURNED:

-Within 14 days of the delivery date.

-In unworn, unwashed, new condition.

 

THE FOLLOWING ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE:

ALL SALE ITEMS, PREORDER STYLES, BODYSUITS/INTIMATES, + HATS.

 

ADDITIONAL TERMS:

Returns received after 14 days OR without approval via an official return contact form will not be issued store credit. 

Store credit will be issued in the amount of the items CURRENT purchase price only.

All shipping expenses are the responsibility of the customer. 

The acceptance of any and all returns are subject to company’s discretion.

If you receive an incorrect or damaged order, please email us at emilea@wylderboutiqueandsalon.com within 5 days of delivery. If a replacement item is available, we will reserve it for you until we receive your original item. Otherwise, you will be offered a refund.
